11/Sept/2017 1011 UTC - 1/ Service disruption. 2/ Fully resolved as of 1026 UTC.

5/Sept/2017 0952 UTC - Maintenance in progress; service may encounter momentary issues.

8/Jun/2017 0955 UTC - 1/ Maintenance causing service disruption. Expecting a maximum of 10 minutes of intermittent access. 2/ Fully functioning as of 1009.

17/Mar/2017 0800 UTC - 1/ Our US Cloud Provider Rackspace is experiencing some difficulties after a performance upgrade an hour ago. We’re working to resolve. 2/ Resolved as of 0820 UTC. Any difficulties have now been resolved. This outage was due to an automatic host migration completed by Rackspace which failed to complete.

19/Sep/2016 1530 UTC - We are currently experiencing an issue where equipment has been marked unserviceable automatically. We are reverting this change and will update as soon as possible. Resolved as of 1800 UTC.

26/Feb/2016 - Issues reported downloading documents from the US Infrastructure. Currently working with our provider to return to normal operation. Resolved as of 0900 PST.

3/Sep/2015 - RE: Issue affecting inbound calls to our Dublin Office - As of this morning, Eircom have stated that the issue that caused a nationwide outage yesterday “has been resolved and remains stable”.
