Report, analyze, and prevent accidents and near-misses. Link health & safety reports to activities, record corrective measures, and create associated tasks to track actions through to completion.

Configuring the Categories and Severities

  • Go to   Settings 
  • Under Modules click into Health & Safety
  • Here you can add in the categories and severities you want to use for your health and safety reports

Creating a Health & Safety report

  • Go to Intelligence -> Health & Safety
  • Click [+Add Report]
  • To link the report to an event / exercise / incident switch On Activity to yes and search for the activity
  •  Add your tasks in the Corrective Actions section, these are your set of tasks to mitigate this 
  • Click [Save Changes]
