Report, analyze, and prevent accidents and near-misses. Link health & safety reports to activities, record corrective measures and create associated tasks to track actions through to completion.
Configuring the Categories and Severities
- Go to Settings
- Under Modules click into Health & Safety
- Here you can add in the categories and severities you want to use for your health and safety reports
Creating a Health & Safety report
- Go to Intelligence -> Health & Safety
- Click [+Add Report]
- To link the report to an event / exercise / incident switch On Activity to yes and search for the activity
- Add your tasks in the Corrective Actions section, these are your set of tasks to mitigate this
- Click [Save Changes]
Tip: Add Custom Fields to your organization's Health and Safety reports to track specific data.
