View a list of all personnel and their availability on a specific date or time. For each person, you’ll have their current location, if they are attending an activity, and the ability to see if all their qualifications are still valid on this date.

Enabling the Availability module

  • Go to  Settings -> Team Status
  • Ensure Module Enabled is switched to [On]
  • You can set your own custom labels here too
  • At the bottom of the page, click [Save Changes]

Setting an availability status

  • Go to Operations -> Capability Status
  • Click [Add Status]
  • Select the relevant status and click [Update Status]

  • Select [Update Status] from the dashboard
  • Follow the steps above

Deleting an availability status

  • Select [Delete] next to the status you wish to delete
  • Click [Delete Status]
