Every change in Incident Management is recorded in the audit trail of the channel.
To view the complete audit trail
- Click on Updates
- Select the All tab
To view the audit trail of a specific item:
- Navigate to the item you want an audit trail for
- Click the Updates icon on the top right to open the right side-bar
- Click on the All tab to see the audit trail for the item.
Printing The Audit Trail
It is possible to print the Audit Trail.
- Go to Updates
- Click on More Options [⋮] on the top right
- Click [Print to PDF]
